MAGMASOFT® 6.1 Now Features New SELEE® Filter Data
With the update to version 6.1.0.3, MAGMASOFT® is introducing the SELEE Filter Database, featuring SELEE® ceramic foam filters. Starting now, users have direct access to an extensive, validated library of ceramic foam filters specifically designed for iron foundries, integrated into MAGMASOFT® in close collaboration with SELEE Corporation.
This database contains detailed property data such as pore size, flow rate, and filtration capacity in both metric and imperial units. Users have direct access to this filter data from within MAGMASOFT®, making it easy to both select and place filters in the casting simulation. It is possible to automate both filter selection and filter placement in different orientations to make simulation results even more accurate and efficient.
